We are offering an exciting opportunity to support a client on a 1:1 basis with challenging behaviours and varying needs. 

This client needs general support day to day and encouragement to addend various daily activities.

This role would requires a FULL UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle to take client to activities and appointments  – Mileage is paid for.

As an Agency Support Worker you must:

• Be over the age of 18 to apply
• Have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sp0ns0rship.
• Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting
• Have experience working with challenging behaviours and young adults 
• Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
• Be able to build a strong rapport with service users 
• Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector

The duties of an Agency Support Worker include supporting service users in the community, assisting with hobbies and prompting personal care tasks. We aim to empower all service users to carry out everyday tasks independently.
