We build tailored person-centred Care Packages to enable our service users to lead a better quality of life. We would like to hear from experienced support workers and care assistants who are committed, reliable and have a keen interest in Complex Care.

What is the role?

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Complex Care Assistant/Support Worker to join our team and provide support throughout the day to our Client at their family home in Ellesmere Port.

Our service user is a male who requires 2:1 care on a 24 hr a day basis. He has a tracheostomy and PEG in place and will require suction. Duties are to assist main carer with all aspects of personal care. Manual handling and any other duties that are needed.

The package requires a dedicated, flexible, consistent and reliable support worker who will get to know the service user and anticipate their needs.

Full clinical updates will be provided, and competencies could include:


– Tracheostomy care

Our Pay rates vary in each package but range from:

Pay: £10.08 – £11.21 per hour

(inclusive of holiday pay, Enhanced rates for Bank Holidays)
