A New Chapter For Jane Lewis
We are delighted to introduce Jane Lewis’ new Managing Director, Mark Gidalla!
Mark stepped into this role in January 2024 with over 16 years of invaluable experience in the healthcare staffing industry. Mark has come into the business ready to shape its next chapter, the first step of which was our exciting company rebrand.
“What struck me most upon joining Jane Lewis is the friendliness of our team and their desire to deliver the best possible service,” says Mark. “People are truly at the heart of everything we do, and I’m incredibly proud of the culture we’ve cultivated here.”
Since our establishment over 35 years ago in 1987, Jane Lewis has forged strong partnerships with both our exceptional care staff and clients alike. Putting people first has always been our priority, and Mark is committed to upholding this ethos as he leads us forward.
“Every decision we make has a direct impact on the individuals we serve,” explains Mark. “Whether it is a care home resident, a hospital patient, or someone receiving occupational therapy, our goal is to consistently deliver top-quality care through our dedicated staff. At Jane Lewis we know that our people are our greatest asset, so we take the time to get to know and develop our care staff, ensuring they’re equipped with the skills and confidence needed for each service.”
Mark has also assembled a new Senior Leadership Team to help steer Jane Lewis on its journey, and their collective dedication has already led to significant progress.
“Having a team of staff who take great pride in their daily responsibilities, gives us an incredible platform in which we can grow as an organisation. We have recently expanded our geographical footprint, improved our brand identity and I look forward to our keeping you all informed on what’s next in our journey.”
