
Amy leads the Jane Lewis team as Managing Director, since joining in 2024, she has been instrumental in driving our mission to provide exceptional mental health staffing solutions. With a background in senior roles at leading healthcare staffing agencies, Amy has 15 years experience in the industry, during which she has specialised in the attraction and placement of Nurses within the NHS and private sector across the UK.

Dougie joined Jane Lewis as Operations Manager in November 2024 with nearly 30 years in the healthcare industry. Dougie brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the Jane Lewis team. As a Registered Nurse himself, Dougie’s clinical expertise and leadership are invaluable to the Jane Lewis team.

Merregan joined Jane Lewis in February 2024 as Marketing Manager, having previously worked in marketing for healthcare staffing and homecare services.

Anne-Marie joined Jane Lewis in August 2021 and has over 16 years experience in Health and Social Care. Working with different client groups across a variety of roles, including experience as a Registered Manager for residential services, supporting individuals with varying levels of Learning disabilities.

Lesley joined Jane Lewis in 2014 initially as HR Manager and then moved to Head of Business Support. Lesley is integral to Jane Lewis, enabling our branches to provide an outstanding service to our clients and candidates.

Nadia joined Jane Lewis in 2008 and has worked across various roles before becoming Business Centre Manager for North Wales. In addition to covering the North Wales area, Nadia and her team also cover much of Shropshire.

Chris joined Jane Lewis in 2023 as a Project Manager before transitioning into his current role leading the Northwest Business Centre. Prior to joining Jane Lewis, Chris had spent over 10 years in healthcare recruitment and staffing.

Grace joined Jane Lewis in 2024 as the Northeast Business Centre Manager. She has built a strong track record in delivering high-quality care through effective staffing solutions, with over eight years of experience, including sourcing ICU nurses for hospitals and recruiting nurses and carers for specialist care settings.

Hanah joined Jane Lewis in 2024 as the Southeast Business Centre Manager. With 17 years of experience in the healthcare industry, she has a strong background in homecare, healthcare staffing, and management. Before joining Jane Lewis, Hanah began her career as a Support Worker in a rehabilitation centre before progressing into leadership roles within the sector.

Reece joined Jane Lewis in 2024 as a Recruitment Consultant in the Northwest branch. Before joining Jane Lewis, Reece worked in recruitment, specialising in sourcing interpreters for critical roles, supporting individuals through medical appointments and helping with essential public services.

Alys joined Jane Lewis in 2025 as a Recruitment Consultant in the North Wales branch. Before joining us, Alys gained experience in both healthcare and recruitment, having worked as a Domiciliary Care Worker and a Trainee Consultant in Sydney, Australia.







Lisa joined the team in September 2021 as Senior Account Manager. Lisa has a CIPD Level 5 qualification in People Management.

Teri brings a wealth of experience to our Managed Service team. She joined Jane Lewis in January 2024, having worked in staffing and recruitment for a number of years.

Summagh joined Jane Lewis in August 2024, originally as part of our Onboarding team before moving over to the Managed Services team.

Natalie joined Jane Lewis in 2023, but before this worked through many different roles within the care sector. Starting as a Healthcare Assistant and working her way up to Senior HCA, managing a residential unit.
