Merregan joined Jane Lewis in February 2024 as Marketing Manager, having previously worked in marketing for healthcare staffing and homecare services.
Anne-Marie joined Jane Lewis in August 2021 and has over 16 years experience in Health and Social Care. Working with different client groups across a variety of roles, including experience as a Registered Manager for residential services, supporting individuals with varying levels of Learning disabilities.
Lesley joined Jane Lewis in 2014 initially as HR Manager and then moved to Head of Business Support. Lesley is integral to Jane Lewis, enabling our branches to provide an outstanding service to our clients and candidates. Lesley is also a qualified Mental Health First Aider.
Nadia joined Jane Lewis in 2008 and has worked across various roles before becoming Branch Manager for North Wales. In addition to covering the North Wales area, Nadia and her team also cover much of Shropshire.
Chris joined Jane Lewis in 2023 as a Project Manager before transitioning into his current role leading the Northwest Business Centre. Prior to joining Jane Lewis, Chris had spent over 10 years in healthcare recruitment and staffing.
Emma joined Jane Lewis in 2026 as a Recruitment Consultant covering North Wales and Shropshire. Before joining Jane Lewis, Emma worked within the NHS and frontline care settings, supporting service users and delivering high standards of care and customer service.
Jennifer joined Jane Lewis in April 2026 as part of our Northwest team. With eight years of employability experience and a background in recruitment, she is passionate about supporting care staff into sustainable employment.
Lisa joined the team in September 2021 as Senior Account Manager. Lisa has a CIPD Level 5 qualification in People Management.
Natalie joined Jane Lewis in 2023, but before this worked through many different roles within the care sector. Starting as a Healthcare Assistant and working her way up to Senior HCA, managing a residential unit.
Courtney joined Jane Lewis in September with over 3 years of experience in care recruitment, working across a variety of care settings. She has a strong understanding of both client and carer needs and is passionate about helping people.
Katy joined Jane Lewis in January 2026, with a wealth of hands-on experience. Having worked across a wide range of care settings, her background includes work in nursing homes, hospital settings, SEN services and hospice care.
