Bank Healthcare Assistant

We are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants to join the bank team at Kibblesworth Neurological Rehabilitation Centre in Gateshead.
Kibblesworth Neurological Rehabilitation Centre provides rehabilitation services for adults with neurological conditions resulting from injury, illness or disease. The service combines welcoming environments with a full range of therapies and the latest rehabilitation technology to maximise independence and recovery outcomes.
You’ll work alongside healthcare professionals to support people with their daily care, comfort and wellbeing.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting people with personal care and everyday needs
- Assisting with mobility, meals and hydration
- Monitoring and reporting changes in a person’s condition
- Working alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Following care plans and keeping accurate records
What you’ll need:
- To be aged 18 or over
- At least six months of paid UK care experience within the last two years
- The right to work in the UK
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, reliable and professional approach
