Bank Neuro Rehab Care Assistant

We are looking for experienced Neuro Rehab Healthcare Assistants to join the bank team at Frenchay Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre in Bristol.
Frenchay is the only intensive hospital-level neurological rehabilitation service of its kind in the South West, supporting people recovering from brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke and other complex neurological conditions.
You’ll work alongside healthcare professionals to support people with their daily care, comfort and wellbeing.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting people with personal care and everyday needs
- Assisting with mobility, meals and hydration
- Monitoring and reporting changes in a person’s condition
- Working alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Following care plans and keeping accurate records
What you’ll need:
- To be aged 18 or over
- At least six months of paid UK care experience within the last two years
- Previous experience working within a neurological care setting
- The right to work in the UK
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, reliable and professional approach
