Bank Support Worker
Service Location: Croydon
Pay: From £12.89 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay

We are looking for experienced Support Workers to join the bank team working across multiple Supported Living and Residential services in Croydon.
The supported living services offer person-centred care for adults with complex needs, including learning disabilities or autism. Individuals may have secondary mental health needs or long-term physical conditions.
You’ll support people with a range of needs to live as independently as possible and enjoy the routines, relationships and activities that matter to them.

What you’ll be doing:
- Providing practical care and support
- Supporting everyday tasks, activities and community access
- Encouraging independence, choice and social engagement
- Providing or prompting personal care when required
- Following support plans and keeping accurate records
What you’ll need:
- To be aged 18 or over
- At least six months of paid UK care or support experience within the last two years
- Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism
- The right to work in the UK
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A caring, reliable and professional approach
