As an Senior Care Assistant, you must:
- Be over the age of 18 to apply
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sp0ns0rship.
- Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting
- Previous expereince with PEG, challenging behaviour and high level dementia clients.
- Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
- Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
- Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector
- The duties of a Care Assistant include assisting with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation and medication management, promoting independence and a sense of well-being among service users.
