This is a temp to perm role. You will be working as temp for 12 weeks working full time hours with the opportunity to become permanent.
As a Home Care Assistant we can offer you:
- Shifts would be a mix of long and short calls, mainly 6am-3pm and 3pm-11pm.

As a Home Care Assistant, you must:
- Be over the age of 18 to apply
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sp0ns0rship.
- Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting
- Be female (this is due to clients requirement)
- A full UK licence is needed with your own vehicle (mileage is paid at 35p per mile)
- Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
- Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
- Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector
The duties of a Healthcare Assistant include assisting with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation and medication management, promoting independence and a sense of well-being among service users.
