Female Support Worker
Location: Harwich
Pay: From £14.85 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay

Jane Lewis is looking for experienced Female Support Workers in Harwich to support a young lady in their own home.
We are looking for fun, bubbly people who are good listeners and can build a trusting relationship.
Shifts range from 7am-7pm or Waking nights from 9pm – 7am.

What you’ll be doing:
- Providing person-centred care and support
- Supporting everyday tasks and activities
- Encouraging independence, choice and social engagement
- Providing personal care when required
- Following support plans and keeping accurate records
What you’ll need:
- To be aged 18 or over
- At least six months of paid UK care or support experience within the last two years
- Experience in respiratory care, catheter and bowel care, medication and moving and handling are preferred, but not essential as additional training will be provided.
- Must be female.
- The right to work in the UK
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A caring, reliable and professional approach
