Learning Disability Support Worker
Location: Riddings
Pay: From £14.29 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay

Jane Lewis is looking for experienced Learning Disability Support Workers in Riddings to join our agency team and work across a range of local mental health services.
You’ll support people with a range of mental health needs, helping them feel safe, maintain their independence and take part in the routines and activities that matter to them.

What you’ll be doing:
- Providing practical and emotional support
- Encouraging independence, choice and social engagement
- Supporting everyday routines, activities and community access
- Responding appropriately to changes in a person’s presentation or level of risk
- Following support plans and keeping accurate records
What you’ll need:
- To be aged 18 or over
- At least six months of paid UK experience supporting people with mental health needs, within the last two years
- The right to work in the UK
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A calm, reliable and professional approach

This is flexible agency work, with shifts offered according to service requirements. Hours are not guaranteed.
