Learning Disability Support Worker
Location: Mold
Pay: From £14.29 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay

Jane Lewis is looking for experienced Support Workers in Mold to join our agency team and work across a range of local care services.
You’ll support people with a range of needs to live as independently as possible and enjoy the routines, relationships and activities that matter to them.

What you’ll be doing:
- Providing person-centred care and support
- Supporting everyday tasks, activities and community access
- Encouraging independence, choice and social engagement
- Providing or prompting personal care when required
- Following support plans and keeping accurate records
What you’ll need:
- To be aged 18 or over
- At least six months of paid UK care or support experience within the last two years
- The right to work in the UK
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A caring, reliable and professional approach
