Male Support Worker

We’re looking for an outgoing, energetic, and spontaneous Support Worker to support a 16-year-old boy with autism, ADHD, non-verbal, anxiety, OCD, and challenging behaviours. This role offers a unique opportunity to help him thrive both at home and in the community.
Our client is a fun-loving, adventurous 16-year-old who enjoys being on the move and loves to explore. He has specific needs but also a great sense of joy, and we need a Support Worker who can match his energy, enthusiasm, and love for adventure.
As a Male Support Worker, we can offer you:
- Part time hours
- Shift times: Week 1 – Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 12pm-4pm & Saturday/Sunday – 10am-4pm
- Shift Times: Week 2 – Tuesday, Thursday – 12pm-4pm & Saturday/Sunday – 10am-4pm
- Pay rates starting from £14.00 per hour

As a Male Support Worker you must:
- Be over the age of 18 to apply
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sp0ns0rship.
- Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting
- Previous experience with autism and challenging behaviours is desirable
- Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
- Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
- Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector
