Out of Hours Staffing Coordinator
Location: Remote
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Shifts: Evenings & Weekends, varying shift patterns

Working Hours
This is a fully home-based role, working varying shift patterns across our out-of-hours service:
- Monday to Friday: 5pm – 10pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 7am – 10pm
- Shifts will be worked on a rota basis within these hours.

What will you be doing?
- Managing incoming calls and urgent staffing requests.
- Booking healthcare professionals into available shifts.
- Responding quickly to last-minute cancellations and arranging replacement cover.
- Proactively contacting available staff to fill outstanding shifts.
- Supporting recruitment and maintaining a strong pool of available healthcare workers.
- Working closely with our operational teams to ensure services have the staffing support they need.
What we’re looking for
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Someone who can think on their feet and work well under pressure.
- A proactive, can-do attitude.
- Confidence using computer systems and managing multiple priorities.
- Previous experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment or bookings would be an advantage, but isn’t essential.
