As a Recruitment Consultant with a focus on sales and business development, you’ll be tasked with providing our healthcare clients with exceptional talent and building trusting relationships, understanding their unique recruitment needs. This role will be based in our Head Office in St Asaph.

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who:
- Has previous experience working in sales and/or recruitment
- Has experience of working in the health and social care sector (desirable)
- Can work to strict timelines
- Can work in a fast pace environment
- Has a strong focus on sales
- Is independent and self-motivated
- Pays close attention to detail and is well organised
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with healthcare providers to understand their unique recruitment needs.
- Providing a seamless recruitment process for both clients and candidates.
- Developing consistent growth for your designated geographical patch
- Generating new business and developing existing business
- Ensure suitable candidates are recruited and ensure strong recruitment pipeline.
- Onboarding of candidates ensuring recruitment compliance standards are met.
- Scheduling shift rotas.
- Providing a high standard of customer service.
