Our client specialises in providing specialist post-acute rehabilitation, as well as management of long-term neurological conditions offering a strong focus on therapy, care and quality of life.
We are offering an exciting opportunity working within our group owned residential service in Lincoln, who specialise in supporting adults with varying needs including neurological conditions, physical and learning disabilities.

As a Rehab Assistant, you must:
- Be over the age of 18 to apply
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer spons0rships
- Have 6 months prior UK based experience in a proffessional healthcare setting
- Have prior experience in a rehabilitation setting/facility
- Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
- Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
- Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector
The duties of a Rehab Assistant include assisting with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation and medication management, promoting independence and a sense of well-being among service users.
