What you’ll be working:
- Your hours will be based on a rota working every other weekend.
- Full time hours
- 42 hours per week
What you’ll be doing as a Senior Support Worker:
- Provide direct care and support as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Work and act as a key member of the team, supporting each patient in achievement of their planned outcomes
- Maintain accurate, legible records of care provided, based upon the care plan
- Be actively involved in meeting own and team objectives through encouraging and supporting others
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with residents, their families, colleagues and any relevant professionals
- Provide Personal care
What you’ll have:
- A genuine interest in providing the best person centre care possible
- A NVQ in Health and Social care from Level 3 onwards is desirable (Desirable)
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
