We’re recruiting Support Workers on behalf of one of the UK’s largest independent providers in neuro and mental healthcare.
Our client is a lovely gentleman with a spinal injury who simply wishes to live as normal a life as possible – waking up and asking his wife if she’d like to go out for lunch, and having the support in place to make that happen.
As a Support Worker we can offer you:
- 8am – 8pm / 8pm – 8am
- Days and Nights
- Pay rates from £12.75 – £18.75
- 24/7 support from our branch team

As a Support Worker, you must:
- You must be 25 or over to apply
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sp0ns0rship.
- You must have over 6 month’s UK based care expereince.
- Nebuliser, Airvo, Cough Assist, Bladder washout, Tracheostomy Care, Tracheostomy Change, Tracheostomy suction, Pulse Oximetry and Oxygen administration.
- A Full UK Driving Licence is desirable but not essential
- Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
- Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
- Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector
The duties of a Support Wortker include assisting with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation and medication management, promoting independence and a sense of well-being among service users.
