Support Worker

Salary: £13.00 per hour
This role is to support our female client in her own home for day shifts, who has suffered a spinal cord injury. The client requires support with moving and handling, personal care and hygiene, and medication.
You will need to be able to drive with own vehicle to commute to the clients rural location and be confident with the clients dog within the home.

What you’ll be working:
- We are looking for a new regular to join the team to work permanently with our client
- 12 hour day shifts
- 7am – 7pm
- Monday – Sunday available
- Full time or part time available
What you’ll be doing as a Support Worker:
- Supporting our clients with daily activities
- Supporting their care plans to establish routine
- Ensure the client feels safe, and stable within their day to day care
- Personal Care
- Administrating medication (if required)
What you’ll have:
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
- Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working.
- Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping.
- Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
- Self-confidence and ability to manage challenging situations
