Salary: £23,953 per annum
We’re recruiting Support Workers on behalf of one of the UK’s largest independent providers in neuro and mental healthcare, in Rishton, Lancashire! The service is a specialist residential service providing rehabilitation, care and support to vulnerable women with complex mental health issues. Purposefully small, the service has capacity for up to 6 female residents, allowing for a calm, relaxing environment.

What you’ll be working:
- Full time hours – 37.5 hours per week
- Long days including evenings and weekends.
- Both days & night shifts available.
- 12.5 hour shifts.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build relationships with the people you support, which are open and two way
- Support to undertake their rehabilitation programme
- Establish methods of communication with the people we support, reducing barriers when necessary
- Support with activities of daily living and personal care when needed
- Communicate any issues to the clinical team
- Accurately report and/or record work activities
What you’ll have:
- A genuine interest in providing the best person centre care possible
- The ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Experience working within the care sector / mental health would be an advantage but not essential
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
