As Team Leader Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in providing high-quality, person-centred care in our client’s own home. You’ll also help lead and mentor a small, supportive team to ensure care is consistent, safe, and tailored to the client’s needs and preferences.
Every day is different , from supporting with personal care, medication, and clinical tasks, to joining our client on trips out in the community.
As a Support Worker Team Lead we can offer you:
- Full-time – 38 hours per week
- 3 x 12-hour shifts plus 2 admin hours
- Mix of days (8am–8pm) and wake nights (8pm–8am) with occasional sleep-ins
- Pay rates £13.75 per hour

As a Support Worker Team Lead, you must:
- Be over the age of 18 to apply
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sp0ns0rship.
- Experience in care; spinal cord injury knowledge is a plus but not essential
- Confident driver (essential – you’ll be driving the client’s vehicle)
- Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
- Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
- Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector
