Care Assistant 

Pay rate: £12.89 an hour, weekly pay

This role is to support an individual in their own home within Lincoln.  The duties of a Care Assistant include assisting with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation and medication management, promoting independence and a sense of well-being. 

Shifts for this role vary depending on the individual need, however shifts will fit in with the following times: 

• Weekdays: 07:00-09:00 & 15:00-21:30 
• Weekends: 07:00-21:30

As a Care Assistant, you will: 

• Be over the age of 18 to apply 
• Have the right to work in the UK.  
• Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sp0ns0orship. 
• Have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, preferred but not essential 
• Have 6 months UK experience in a healthcare setting, offering 1:1 care 
• Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector 
• Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities 
• Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector
