As a Senior Care Assistant, you will:

• Be over the age of 18 to apply
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care
• Previous experience administering medication within care home settings
• Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
• Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector
• Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector

The duties of a Senior Care Assistant include assisting with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation and medication administration, promoting independence and a sense of well-being among service users.
